# Penjelasan & Cara Penggunaan Whatsapp Validator

WhatsApp validator merupakan fitur untuk memvalidasi data audiences yang telah di inputkan baik itu secara [Manual](/kontak/cara-membuat-kontak-baru-secara-manual.md) Input atau via [Import File Excel](/kontak/cara-import-kontak-dari-excel.md)

Untuk menggunakan fitur ini, pertama silakan buka halaman [Contacts](https://app.balesotomatis.id/contacts), lalu klik Icon Mata / Eye untuk melihat daftar audiences

Kemudian pada halaman daftar audiences, silakan klik tombol **WhatsApp Validator**

Untuk proses ini berjalan pada latar belakang (background services), setelah proses validasi berhasil, silakan cek status secara berkala pada status audience
