# Cara Import Kontak Dari Excel

Selain bisa menambahkan kontak dengan cara manual, kamu juga dapat import kontak menggunakan Database / File Excel (.xlsx) format

Pertama silakan buka halaman [Daftar Kontak](https://app.balesotomatis.id/contacts) atau kunjungi <https://app.balesotomatis.id/contacts>, lalu klik logo panah bawah di samping tulisan **New Contact**&#x20;

Setelah muncul opsi lainya, silakan kamu klik **Import From Excel**

Setelah itu silakan kamu bisa download / unduh template / format file excel yang telah disediakan, setelah proses download selesai, silakan kamu buka dan kamu sesuaikan untuk isi data audiences yang akan di import

Setelah file excel sudah kamu sesuaikan, kamu bisa tarik file excel tadi ke dalam area yang bertuliskan **Drag and drop a file here**, atau kamu juga bisa klik area tersebut untuk memilih file yang telah kamu sesuaikan

Jika pengisian data benar dan valid, maka akan muncul preview data seperti gambar berikut ini

Jika sudah benar, silakan klik tombol **Import** untuk menyimpan,tunggu hingga proses simpan selesai
